For only 15% of the gross reservation cost, plus 22% VAT, you have access to the complete property management package of Local Accommodation.


Legalization and licensing

• We will legalize your property and apply for your AL license on your behalf.

• We provide and install all emergency equipment.

• SEF/AIMA platform registrations, Municipal Tourist Tax and INE


24/7 Support

• Our team of experienced hosts, staff, and maintenance professionals is available for your guests 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from checking availability to follow-ups during their stay.


Pre-inspection and consultation

• A visit to the property will be scheduled, and we will offer a consultation on bedding, tableware, and essential items for guests for a 5-star rating.


Property registration and photography.

• We will create customized profiles on Airbnb, Booking.com, the company’s own website, and other channels, with professional photos to make your property stand out. (Professional photographer extra charge)

• Information book

• Custom owner area.


Cleaning and Laundry.

• Rest assured that all cleaning and laundry are taken care of between each reservation, and a fixed rate will apply as an extra fee to the guest.
